Cancellation Policy

At Transformative Roots, we value your time and commitment to your healing journey. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for all clients and coaches, please review our booking and cancellation terms: Booking: Sessions can be booked up to 7 calendar days in advance or at the end of each coaching session. Cancellation: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the session fee. Members: Members have access to additional available hours during daytime and on weekends, providing greater flexibility for scheduling. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in honoring these policies to maintain a respectful and effective coaching environment.
